   Carl, I really liked the point from Robin Wright about talking to the engineers at 3M about their tape, and realizing that they could make a new and interesting product claim on a product that they thought was just the same as every other.
   Ian Powell’s point about treating people with respect, and the idea to just try, even if you fail, are great too.
